Moments of the game

You either have the ball or you don't!

 

This section categorises activity based on the moments of the game - allowing you to select drills and games based on being in possession or out of possession. As well as transitioning to attack and transitioning to defence.

 

This categorisation of drills is useful in identifying activities within a game model.
