Create a playing area relative to the age and ability of your players, with two small goals back-to-back in the middle. We are using eight players and a goalkeeper for this session, plus a server.
Two teams play against each other. Both teams can score in either of the two back-to-back goals. Play starts when the ball is played in. If the goalkeeper gains possession, or the ball leaves the area, a new ball is served in. The goalkeeper puts any balls they gather into the net behind them. When a goal is scored, another ball is immediately served in.
