Divide your players into two teams of six plus two goalkeepers.
To start, the game is played inside one half of the field with one team attacking to score a goal.
The defending team must try to stop the attackers scoring and regain possession of the ball.
When doing this the defending team should try to pass forward and release a player into the opponent’s half so they can run through and score a counter attacking goal.
Allow an attacker to race back and try to defend 1v1 against the counter attacking defender.
