Set up

You need balls, bibs and cones in an area 15x15 yards. We used 8 players in the session.

How to play

You need to start with players on all four corners with 2 starting in the middle and 2 at opposite diagonals with 1 on the other two corners. Players pass and move in the sequence shown.

Technique

This is all about getting the right movement and pass with good weight and direction and good technique to receive with one touch and pass with the second touch.
