Any goal scored is worth two points. A goal scored following an interception is worth three points. The ball always starts from a goalkeeper. If the team in possession can progress the ball over the halfway line on the ground, they win a point.
The session encourages defensive intensity and quick actions to limit the number of points scored, so play it in short bursts or rounds.
