Use these fun Halloween-themed games to put on the ultimate fun, spooky session for your players!
With Halloween approaching, it’s a chance to make your soccer sessions even more fun. Use some of our themed practices below to put on a spooky session that keeps players engaged, while also letting them practice key football skills.
And though these games work on soccer basics, don’t be afraid to give them a try with your older players too. Most people love the opportunity to have some silly, competitive fun.
In this game, players are either a zombie, or are being chased by a zombie. Whatever their role, players get to practice dribbling at pace, changing direction, using disguise and attacking space. Find it here.
All of your players are pirates on a ship at sea. Different instructions will require the pirates to perform different skills. Players will go on an adventure while getting familiar with the ball, and practising ball control and changing direction. Find it here.
Players are trapped in tombs, trying to keep possession of the skull (ball). The game encourages players to be creative and involves keep possession, short passing, and intercepting passes. Find it here.
In this game, two players are evil ghosts looking to tag and freeze other players. Players get to work on dribbling, close control, turning away from defenders and protecting the ball – all while avoiding the evil ghosts. Find it here.
